As an IBCLC with many years of experience offering breastfeeding and postnatal support to families in and around Southampton, I know how important it is to find someone who will take time to listen to your experience without judgement, understand your needs, explain your options and help you figure out your next steps.

 

I aim to combine compassion and kindness with professional support you can trust, so that you feel listened to and cared for, as well as have a clear feeding plan in place that is adapted to your family’s needs.  How you want to move forwards is up to you and depends on what you feel is manageable!  My job is to offer you reliable information, gentle guidance and encouragement to help you make an informed choice so that you feel empowered.
